Stacey has a decade of strong business development and is professionally skilled in Acquisitions, Negotiation, Shopping Centers, Real Estate Development, Brokerage, and Dispositions.

Ryan Buckley

Ryan Buckley serves as Divisional President for Streetside Retail.  Mr. Buckley’s role at Streetside is acquisition, development, & redevelopment of projects throughout the country. Ryan has developed in excess of $100,000,000.00 in retail projects.

Ryan grew up in Savannah, Georgia. He graduated from Mercer University with a BBA in Finance. In addition to work, Ryan enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.

Rachel Kleiman

Director of Development

Rachel joined Streetside Retail in May 2018 as a Development Associate. Her main role is to assist the team by identifying sites based on the client’s preference and providing in-depth market insight. Prior to joining Streetside Retail, Rachel was a part-time Client Service Coordinator in the retail department at Colliers International Atlanta.  For 4 years, she provided aid to the retail tenant representation with efficient and high quality administrative support services. Also, Rachel provided internal support to the retail landlord representation, with a 5,000,000 square feet portfolio, by providing in-depth market knowledge and administrative support services.

In May 2018, Rachel graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Public Policy specializing in Planning and Economic Development.
